We are looking for two medical doctoral students for AGENDAS project

Title: "Genetic, age and gender factors that modify immuno-response and the development of allergic asthma during the school age in childhood"(AGENDAS)

Following methods will be used in our department: Isolation and culture of immunologic cells from PBMC, analysis of protein expression (Western Blot, ELISA), analysis of RNA expression (RNA isolation, reverse transcription, qPCR), epigenetic analyses.

In collaboration with the Department of Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine clinical parameters will be evaluated.

Requirements: Knowledge in the field of immunology is eligible, but not obligatory. Motivation, commitment, ability to work in a team and interest in scientific work are required. We offer a comfortable working atmosphere, good support and a modern laboratory.

Title: "Role of peritumoral T-cells in lung tumour"
